This project has been added to the database with the following renders taken from the December 2021 architectural package.
This is on the southeast corner of Hunter Street East and Ferguson Avenue South in Hamilton's Corktown neighbourhood.
The architect is SRM and the developer is LiUNA c/o Wellington Hamilton Non-Profit Housing Inc.
The current proposal for the building is 12-storeys (41m) with 104 affordable rental units (63 1-bedroom, 41 2-bedrooms) and 50 parking spaces.

"City Council will debate the settlement in closed session during the November 14 planning committee meeting. The deal will be kept confidential until after the OLT settlement hearing on December 6."
