Has anyone heard about if/when construction is going to begin on this? I ask because I will literally share a wall with this project once it's up...thanks all!

They refiled plans and reports in Feb 2019, nothing since then. 6 parking spaces for 16 units, didn’t comply perfectly with the mid-rise guidelines... sadly I think it is a safe bet this good little project was ground up in the gears of City of Toronto Planning.
