This is ugly. Why can't the developer built something beautiful like what Circa is building at 1657 Bathurst. Keep the character building and enhance it.

Thanks the update! Any idea what kind of timeline this has now that it is going to the OMB? From what I hear it will get an easy seal of approval at this point.
 
It's unlikely that there would be a pre-hearing until early 2018, or a hearing until mid if not late 2018. I expect the City would negotiate this one in advance of a hearing, looking for a ratification of a settlement (and therefore would only need a 1 day hearing). If there's no settlement in advance of a hearing, a decision can take many months to happen after a hearing.
