Small infill project on D'Arcy St, just east of Spadina.

This project looks surprisingly undistinguished from the exterior. There doesn't appear to be any attention to detail, with the awkward look of the utilitarian wood board fences of the terraces along the roofline, the hydro metres facing the street, and the uninspired charcoal cladding.
