Melrose Investments & Rosehaven Homes recently submitted applications for O.P. & zb/l amendments for an 11-storey, 44-unit condo building at 132 and 136 Allan Street - which is just north-east of Lakeshore Road and Trafalgar Road in the old town of Oakville.
Nearby Melrose & Rosehaven also submitted application to permit development of a six-storey mixed-use building incorporating at-grade retail, two floors of office space and three floors of residential space with 36 units. This development is proposed for 296, 300 and 312 Randall Street and 293 Church Street, also just north of Lakeshore Road East and Trafalgar Road.
