Good to see a proposal here....this stretch of woodbine needs some revitalization.

Resubmitted in 2021, now 8 rental units and Caricari Lee Architects.

Cover letter states that they aren't going taller to avoid having to pursue ZBA. I think that is unfortunate if the market could support a few more floors here if not for the time delay and soft costs of rezoning.
