115 and 135 Tyndall (Fitzrovia, ?s, ?)

The Lobbyist Registry tells us that Adrian (CEO of Fitzrovia) is up to something here........

These are two existing older rental buildings broadly in the range of midrise heights.

I'm not quite sure what's up here.........a preliminary look at the site suggests that the surface parking/unimproved lawn would be difficult to make use of here with the extant buildings massed as they are today.

But when one looks at the area height precedents, I don't see the economic case for tearing down what's there. Hmmmmmm

I wonder if adding on top of the existing buildings is being considered as these structures are very sturdy!
