The height in the rendering is completely off. Maybe they didn't get approved at what they sought? In any case, it's not a particularly exciting addition to St Clair W.

Small scale, narrow-lot development is always good IMO.
Is anything ALWAYS good? In principle maybe, but the execution's got to be there too.
