The townhouse proposal was abandoned and the site sold to new owners proposing mid-rise apartments across from the future Inspiration Lakeview Village. Thread title can be changed:

Mississauga's staff have reviewed the revised application and concluded that "the proposed development maintains the goals and objectives of the Lakeview Local Area Plan and represents an overall built form that is compatible with the surrounding neighbourhood. The proposed official plan amendment and rezoning applications are acceptable from a planning standpoint and should be approved.".
The recommendation report is available on page 113 of the agenda for the meeting planned for June 12, 2023.
