With Eglinton Square surrounding this site being redeveloped, and the entire Golden Mile receiving development pressure, I am sure it is only a matter of time before we see a development application appear on this site. In the mean time, the above article shows a development concept for 40-storeys (pictured below). The Golden Mile Secondary Plan recommended 30-storeys on the site, which would be located at an intersection with an Eglinton Crosstown LRT station (Pharmacy).

Wonder when Metro is going to move on their lands. It's the only real large block left with residential permissions on the Golden Mile.

It's a zoning exercise by a non-developer. The landowner address on the application form is a residential rowhouse in Chinatown. This is a zone-and-flip, through and through.

Currently a zoning exercise, yes, but not necessarily a flip. This was an admittedly rushed submission to get in under a municipal timeframe. Expect further evolutions in the concept to come through subsequent resubmissions.
