Hmmm, I've checked and this concept does not conflict with the Sick Kids Hospital Flight Path.
But I'm unclear on if it avoids the City Hall view Corridor rules.........

Well the Motion condo to the immediate south was originally proposed around 50 storeys and got chopped in half for that reason, so I imagine a site right across the street would still be subject to those rules
