According to the complete official plan amendment application from July 14, 2021, the proposal is a 3-phased mixed-used development comprised of 3 buildings with 7 towers, including a 16-storey tower in phase 1; 16, 18, and 28-storey towers in phase-2; two 33-storeys and one 46-storey towers in phase 3; a total of 2666 residential units; underground and podium-level parking; ground floor retail; office uses; and, a 0.96 ha strata park.

Could you possibly provide a link to where you found this information? Markham's development applications are awful and I could not find it myself.

I suspect that the docs will be posted soon on one of their next committee meetings, I just found it odd that their council meeting on July 14 has no information on the information that you have said above, and that the information was sent through mail/privately and then released publically at a later date. But thank you for your insights and reply anyways.
