Thought I would bring this up as I noticed both these properties we're sold collectively (assuming as an assembly for future development) about 9 months ago, right before 2025

I haven't seen any proposed plans about this yet but I was wondering if you guys maybe have found anything as I've noticed one of the houses seems empty/abandoned looking almost
