These two buildings are so different than everything else in the Southcore neighbourhood and the residences at harbour plaza look promising.

Still bits and pieces—and whole areas—to finish around the base:

Future retail space behind the first door here, while the larger door further away will be the hall between the condo and the 16 York office tower, and from where the future PATH tunnel will be accessed.

…and finally, peaking through the gap in the concrete wall:

They're getting there. It's nice to actually see the progress now, as it seems the podium has taken a while to be cleaned up. Too bad we have to look at that north-facing concrete/cinder block wall until 16 York happens.

Ya, that's pretty bad. But I guess it's obvious to anyone parking here or passing by that one day it will all be tied in with another building. In the meantime, a simple few coats of paint would be an improvement over an ugly wall. It's not like they need to spend a lot on a mural or something. That said, it would be a prime wall for some creative advertising for MLSE or something else relevant. It wouldn't take much to pretty it up.

Does anyone know what is planned for the parking lot behind this building at York and Bremner on Bremner?
