Has anyone in Building A installed their blinds / curtains yet? I reached out to a few handymen and most were suggesting to get ceiling brackets. Has anyone recieved word from their lawyer on monthly occupancy fees amount? My lawyer informed me today that it would be around $4500 monthly. That's pretty steep! I've written to the builder asking for a breakdown of this amount but have not received word yet. Anyone else heard anything?

No updates on occupancy fees. But our occupancy date was moved to December.

I have a unit in Building A and have a question on post-occupancy fees. Will we have to pay occupancy fees up until the occupancy of all units/levels in Building A? Or is my unit's final closing dependent upon the completion of Building B as well?

We also got a firm occupancy for Building A - early November. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the occupancy fees will be? And how long we'll have to pay it until final closing?
