for sure I know the benches are for "sitting"...I am just wondering who will "sit" here as there is no focal point of social... we only know one restaurant at the corner, hopefully more. To me it makes more sense if these benches are on the distillery side, otherwise they will just be empty...

YES keep it, it will be "cheapening" at the end according to the norm of this city....so no matter what get the most decent design at first!

If it's just about underground level, and. there will be a new exit directly to distillery....then it can be considered a good move?

the north site is located in the lower left corner of the map of boundaries. so it's tricky to name while it's the meeting point of Corktown, distillery, or even old toronto... anyways I am fine with "Corktown" as it represents the heritage of this part of the city well :)

Nofrills is the solo one that's been serving the whole emerging residential district, while Leo lacks a variety of fresh products I'd be delighted to have one more choice while more people moving in! It'll be much more convenient for canary residents too, as the distance will be shorter
