Does that mean all condos are taking longer to build? The condos that have started much later than this one are going faster. Something doesn’t add up with this one. Not to mention the workers are parking their trucks all with handicap signs to be able park when it’s not allowed otherwise…

They average 6-8weeks per floor. I’ve seen them take 1 floor per week at other buildings. They don’t have many workers. I’m betting the Davisville will be done first

I’d be very surprised if it can get done by year end. My guess is end of 2024. There are very few workers. Not sure why…wonder if it’s a cashflow issue.

How would that work? There must be some limit to how long you’re bound to a contract. They’re building 1 floor every 3 months. Might be a 10 year project by the end of it.
