Limelight Amenities Moved in last week. The amenities officially opened this weekend. Schedule for activities in the gym include Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Floor Hockey, Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba. Amazing facilities!! :D

It depends on what upgrades you plan on getting. We got $2500 towards upgrades but looking at the list it's not going to get us as much as we expected.

I believe appointments have already started and will continue until April 22nd. After this date they will choose the colour package for you and any upgrades will no longer be available.

Almost there! We just got a letter in the mail today from Limelight. Included is a welcome letter and a list of upgrade options. Yes, it's time to choose our upgrades and boy are they expensive!

This is an awesome setup. I was amazed when I first saw it in City Hall. Wondering why they don't have Sheridan College up yet. It's almost finished whereas the Limelight buidlings are not even close.

First tower's occupancy commences in July 2012 and second tower's occupancy commences in October 2012. Sounds like they will be built about the same time.

Limelight Phase 1 and 2 new rendering. Does anyone know if the light from the roof will be from both towers?

Yes, Cam. I believe the 32 floor building is the second building. I am curious as to what the prices are for the units in the second building.

I have heard that there are only 10 units left and that they will be introducing the second Limelight building(phase 2) soon.

I don't think the sales office is open to the public yet. It appears that they're only letting in agents and their clients. We were let in because we had to pick up some papers and needed to drop off our deposit cheques. The sales staff are still very busy. There were a handful of agents there...

I was at the sales office today. There are still over a dozen units available. Some 2 bedrooms and some bachelor suites.

I'm sure that the second tower will be taller but I'm hoping it won't overpower the first tower. Anyone know if the green beam of light will be glowing from both rooftops? That would look amazing!

Purchased a unit through Platinum agent a couple of weeks ago. Was very impressed with the model, especially the metal art at the rooftop. We're really looking forward to everything this condo has to offer.
