    Nice, it’s low key — do you know which building it is? I imagine at least one of the residential towers will be ready very soon — expected move in date for the affordable units was originally posted for early/mid May.

    Correct, they're all old(er) buildings! Judging by photographs, many of them have been upgraded in the last 5-10 years. Cool, thanks for sharing this slide. Where does Mirvish fit -- between the $2-3 psf columns?

    Fair. Fwiw, there are some 3-bedroom units on and around Walmer in the $2,700-3000 range (If you can get one!) -- they're quite large but typically don't include parking, in-suite laundry or more than one bathroom. Anyhow, let's see how Mirvish shakes out.

    Oof, that's nearly 3x the affordable units! I remember the initial documentation said there would a small amount of four bedrooms (~1%), but there's nothing about that on the current website.
