I'm laughing at the idea of calling Humbert one of the fastest-changing streets in the city. There are only about five houses on it, so I guess with two under construction, it might be true from a percentage view.

I will never understand why all new parks are so bad. No one wants strange shapes, concrete, or stairs. They want grass to sit on and sports facilities like basketball and tennis courts or areas like the turf at canoe landing. Look at the good parks - Trinity - Grass and tennis courts...
