Honest question, will this be least inspiring or interesting building >200 m in the city when it's complete? I'm thinking yes.

I'm loving this one. I only wish there was more material difference between the main glass and the glass in the cutout around the heritage building. I think the effect would be stronger if it had a textural difference of some kind. Still 9/10, solid building.
