Sad to report but the marble cladding on the ground floor already got damaged on Nautique. Just posted a picture about it on the buildings forum! It’s pretty sad to see how cheap and easy to break the material is

If anything is developed on this site I think the current building warrants being preserved or at least the facade. We need all the stone cladding and warmth it brings to the city that we can get imo

Love the design of the base. But still wish they retained the brick buildings that stood where these are going up. At at least in part. If they removed the paint and restored the original brick it would’ve brought so much charm to the area
