no idea at all... interesting thing is they still did wall scraping yesterday, I am living at 42 charles facing south, so I can clearly see their work, seems like there will be a lot of work for building the underground parking lot.- christina_ss

sorry I have a question regarding the latest update. Is the underground parking built already? I am living at 42 Charles, the noise is just too much. City 311 doesn't really take action unless many ppl complain : S- christina_ss
