Hi there. Anybody moved in 50 ordnance yet? I received an email about a serious flood issue affecting over 85 units was happened on feb4 th . I had my occup in Jan but not move in yet coz I m still out town. Anyone got more details on that ?

My pdi was done on dec15. And the interim closing will be next week. Hope this help

Hi there , would the developer’s solicitors also email you for the occupancy date? My pdi date was Dec15th. Both my lawyer and myself haven’t got anything yet.

I just did the pdi. They don’t include the shower curtain rod.

That make me nervous now. Currently working in Japan. No one able to pick up my mail at home. I’ve been sending few emails to builder, friendly asking for an update. No reply at all. I can now only rely on this forum here. Pls share if there is any update. Thanks all my future neighbors.

My understanding is occupancy usual start from lower level. And each time 5-7 floors. That could take up to 2 weeks time.

I have the same date as you. ( sept14) If you hear any updated news regarding the occupancy date. Could you update us there? I m currently out of town. No one can help check my mail box for the new notice.
