Does anyone know if they've leased out the commercial space in the first tower that's going up? It's a huge open space right now.

They took out the metal skate ramps this summer to accommodate more parking which now seems at capacity whenever I am there.

There is supposed to be a smaller shinny pad with removable boards so it can convert into a basketball court in warmer weather. Based on that I assume the shinny pad is not much bigger than a single basketball court.

Before those were beige they were apparently brick clad factory buildings similar to the building at the base of the Fuse condos across the street. Before my time in this neighbourhood but people still talk about it with seething hatred for what it became.

Unbelievable that the developers chose that location to set up the concrete pulverization. They chose the only part of the demo site that borders neighbourhood houses. Hauled all the concrete waste from the rest of the site to pulverize it within a few meters of our backyards. Filled the air...

Noticed they found some asbestos in the area around where the bakery was which slowed them down for a few days. Everything seems to be proceeding now though.

They finally moved the soil samples that were in the oil drums at the back of the parking lot to within the fencing so it stopped becoming a dumping ground for other waste.
