Did this project get halted or cancelled? If so, what will happen to purchasers who bought their units 4-5 years ago?

Legally the purchase agreements allow them to finish as late as 2030 right? So technically they could still start in 9 months from now and pull it off.

Maybe this was a different building, I haven't seen any evidence of occupants.

It's been dormant for so many years, wouldn't that mean that purchasers who bought like 4 years ago would be entitled to refunds?

Has Republic Developments built anything of this scale before in Toronto? It's so cool that they monitor this thread - first time I've seen a developer monitor the forum for their own project, so they can actually answer questions in real time.

What happened with this building, things were moving at such a promising pace, now it looks like nothing much is happening on site anymore.

Wasn't this building supposed to be taller than Nobu? The title of the thread has 47 stories, vs 45 stories for Nobu. But the building is no taller.
