So people who are living in the area won't walk to the Bloor and Gladstone location anymore. They'll have one in the lobby area of Galleria 1 and 2 condos. Now if McDonald's will make a comeback in the lobby level of the future Galleria 3 that's nearing completion...

Same here. Seen cars stop in the yellow box area before Blackthorn at the red light. If Caledonia station bus loop was in operation, buses leaving the loop turning to go east will be blocked. No enforcement there.

BMO Bank of Montreal is now overtaking TD Canada Trust as Canada's popular financial institutions, CIBC is 2nd. The new bank will be close to the well known TD bank still in the older Galleria mall facade. My home TD bank is there.

I agree with this comment here. The W-E community center has that old school vibe to it because I used to live in the area with my family for 2 decades. For one, I not sad with the old building gone. It will relocate into a new building west, closer to Emerson Avenue.

Bad news. My application for Galleria 1 and 2 affordable housing has been turned down due to low and insufficient income. So I won't be living in the new condos at Dufferin and Dupont area.
