Just ban it. Many systems already ban bicycles. I know Montreal has a restriction during peak times.

Vancouver andd Calgary seem very manhattanized. So, its quite a close call. I like though how Montréal has a mountain (mont royal) behind the skyscrapers which is interesting

I like the idea of scramble crossings. I visit toronto at least once every 2 weeks. But, does anyone even use them? All I see is just everyone going straight.
