This is a re-lunch of SIX25BV project from 2017 by Heaven Development. Here the builders (2 brothers) pulled out as the condo prices went up they cancelled the project to re-sell at a higher price. All buyers lost capital appreciation. Just stay away from this project.

The new project will be launched in June 2021. Just got notified via email "Condonow".

I will never buy anything from Haven developments even at a lower price. They will most likely come with a different Company name , change the building style and place some else in the sales office. Not sure if they can ever build a codo higher than 8 floors in that neighbourhood plus maintain...

Re-launching is 100% sure but not sure if its still 8 or the new revised 11 floors ? If it's the latter there is no approval as of Jan 2019 as it was rejected under the grounds - Townhomes at the back were too tall, condo building with 11 will be higher in the neighbourhood & not enough car...

It is dead for now. But they plan on relaunching under a different name at a much higher price. For all the customers who lost capital appreciation of 50% for the past 4 yrs you will get a bonus for coming back such as nice ceramic tiles, good vinyl flooring from germany & Ikea cupboards. Can't...

Not sorry for Heaven Developments.. They can still continue to go with the original plan- 8 floors, which they have the approval and keep everyone happy. Plus, no reputation risk for the firm. Thanks for your insights in explaining this....Just to clarify, the absolute termination date is Nov 2023. Failing to meet this date as per the contract (Sec 7), the purchaser is entitled for a compensation of $7500, which is similar to a compensation of 8% currently offered by the builder...

We have been informed that the project is now moving to 2023 and asking for signatures as the agreement is amended. They have also mentioned that still the project is not approved by the city, which is troubling as it can further delay the project. No details have been provided about changes...

I hope my theory is wrong, but many builders are doing the same these days and the buyers have no choice. Gupta developers at the site of Vaughan Metropolitan centre cancelled its project last september called Icona project. Now they are planning on relanuncing this project with a different name.

The new close date in Mid 2022. Typically you need 2 yrs to construct and therefore they will only start construction in 2020. In the interim they hope many customers will ask for their money back and they in return can re-sell at current market rates , which is higher and therefore higher...

Once they are ready with a sales they are supposed to advertise, which they haven't started. Also they would like to start the construction this year. The same developer is selling Town houses @ Clarkson GO station. Building is coming up next to the GO station parking lot on the North side...

The number of floors will be increased from 8 to 11. So more units will be put up for sale in the coming months.

The project is now approved with 11 floors vs original height of 8 floors. So heard the builder will have an event sell the additional units form the 3 extra floors. Construction is projected to start early as this year. So it looks good.

The project is now projected to close by Oct 2021. Informed by the lawyer.
