    Re-launching is 100% sure but not sure if its still 8 or the new revised 11 floors ? If it's the latter there is no approval as of Jan 2019 as it was rejected under the grounds - Townhomes at the back were too tall, condo building with 11 will be higher in the neighbourhood & not enough car...

    Thanks for your insights in explaining this....Just to clarify, the absolute termination date is Nov 2023. Failing to meet this date as per the contract (Sec 7), the purchaser is entitled for a compensation of $7500, which is similar to a compensation of 8% currently offered by the builder...

    We have been informed that the project is now moving to 2023 and asking for signatures as the agreement is amended. They have also mentioned that still the project is not approved by the city, which is troubling as it can further delay the project. No details have been provided about changes...

    I hope my theory is wrong, but many builders are doing the same these days and the buyers have no choice. Gupta developers at the site of Vaughan Metropolitan centre cancelled its project last september called Icona project. Now they are planning on relanuncing this project with a different name.

    The project is now approved with 11 floors vs original height of 8 floors. So heard the builder will have an event sell the additional units form the 3 extra floors. Construction is projected to start early as this year. So it looks good.
