I agree with you as well. Not only is the carpet not welcoming for stretches but it is not sanitary as carpet absorbs sweat and germs. A hardwood floor or exercise rubber material flooring would be ideal for regular cleaning.

For those who have already moved in, do you know approximately how much rent is being paid (per month) to the builder? I'm hoping our closing date is right around the corner, and not 6 months from now.

I got an email saying the same thing. My PDI would be scheduled on the same day considering we have the same occupancy date. Does that not give us very little time before occupancy? Is this normally the case?

Does anyone know if you need to call to schedule a PDI before your occupancy date(either 1 week or 2 weeks before)? Or do you schedule the PDI after your occupancy date? I don't want to move in when there are issues with the unit. Thanks!
