Can't read the article online but these smaller investor types should really learn. Thats why Riverside Square sold out so quickly, investors trusted Streetcar to build it. I feel for the young families who bought at this building.

Are they building right across the road (south) or is that just a construction holding area? Noticed when driving by.

Some days you can smell the plant depending on the wind. The bigger issue depending the street is about flooding and water in your basement. Make sure you get that checked out.

Do any of them talk about transit in their platform addressing specific issues like using the Go Line?

Regarding laundry in newer condos and North Americans, I know about a deal in River City that the potential buyer walked away from because they did not like the combo washer/dryer unit that the condo had. The machine was the stumbling block.

Good to see. The location is designed for the thousands of cars that drive eastbound on Lake Shore. The parking lot entrance will be a disaster if it starts to get busy. They need to have traffic flow deeper into the lot before people can turn into a parking area. Looking forward to the opening...

The existing gym building looks great from the street. The construction of anything that close would be a huge mess in the area.

I don't have any of the old marketing material from the project. You think it's an increase in the number of units available? The big condo building was pretty well sold when I checked it out over two years ago.
