whats your honest opinion about how this condo is looking?

so i too am super excited for the farmers market - tho it's suppose to link to the Ellie building next door, when is that being built? ALSO - man my husband has been complaining to me about how ugly it is, is it THAT ugly? it's not the worst..... right? lol

Thank you so much for these updates! I wish the building could have like a communal garden with the mandated green space. I took a stroll pass it yesterday - the space left for the mews/market square seems to be pretty big. pretty excited for that to come up!
