    They did not come out simultaneously, Stanley was released at least 6 months after WotP sale. Of course, Wellesley on the Park does not own curves. but I believe Stanley condo design crossed the line. its floor plan is beyond similar to WotP plan , as you can see below

    I have to disagree - especially Stanley condo is a complete disgrace in architects/designer community -they literally copy and pasted the tower of 11 wellesley on its boxy podium .

    they are fritted - the frits will gradually become more dense and opaque at 4 corners of the building .

    the balcony will be fritted - they have 'horizontal' gradation , similar to ' vertical ' gradation happening on podium level curtain wall. what's up there now is mock-up and they only installed 0% ~ 25% opacity portion of the frit gradation - that's why they appear so transparent. wait and...

    the tower will look great too. first of all, they will also use 'custom white dot gradation frit' on balcony guard glass railings for the whole tower (that are 'low-iron' in fact - !) that matches the podium curtain wall . so the whole tower will appear very ethereal and pristine. the wrap...
