Nothing bad about it. Just the regular + 1 or 2 year delay from projected. For Totem, it was because they had to wait for TTC to finish their underground connection for the 2nd entrance/exit.

New occupancy date has been set for Feb, 2018. Probably will be delayed again till end of 2018. my guess.
