    Interesting they are only proposing bike parking in the underground, and only car-share parking spaces at the back. Would like to see more projects like this across the city that cater to active lifestyles and walkable communities.

    It's to ensure the building meets the City's Bird Friendly guidelines. The first 12m of transparent portions of the building must be treated to mitigate collisions. I like the "pinstripe" It's refreshing and different from the 'chicken pox' dots.
