The Forest Hill Condominiums (CentreCourt) - Real Estate -

most of the items are minor cosmetic issues. I think only a few minor issues haven't been addressed nor do I think they are critical. I may never push to get those fixed. I did find the repair they did on the flooring left oily spots that were even more obvious to spot before the fix. But that's...

Most builders have staff that go through the PDI walk-through with you. They are usually pretty good at finding imperfections. But whether or not it can be fixed or get fixed that's not guaranteed.

Thank you, same with you. I'll be renting it out. I like the quality of the suite so far. The gym is amazing.

Yep 3 choices. And I wouldn't be surprised with the late 2023 occupancy either. Hopefully by that time, the area can draw more demands there with the new subway running. :)

was pretty surprised by that as well. But maybe they just wanted to place an earlier order for the materials considering the supply chain slowdown globally. My guess on the earliest occupancy would be Spring 2023. It's only a guess.

Given the Crosstown delay. The Centercourt now thinks the Occupancy could be towards end of 2023. This is IF Crosstown would actually get completed in 2022. If I am a betting man, I think the actual date would be well into 2024.

Monde Condominiums (Great Gulf Homes) - Real Estate -

The lady who did my PDI said almost all the patch-work near window frames are messed up like this. I think it's the norm we all have to accept. My dining table piece is not levelled (if you rest a pen on it, it'd actually roll away) along with other issues (loud squeaky floor, hard-to-crank...

I really love how the balcony style changes with every adjacent floor (i.e. alternates between the traditional-style vs. the plank-style). This essentially makes the balcony's "ceiling" two-storey high. It'd make the balcony more open and enjoyable vs. the traditional one-storey height like in...

Unfortunately, our government is going into the Amazon bid with no desire for added incentives. We're kinda play hard-to-get with the "take it or not leave it" approach with Amazon. It doesn't sound like we're gonna win the bid.

I'm sure everyone here has heard of the potential Google development in the East Bay waterfront area. I for one, am quite excited about this. Hopefully this would expedite city's plan on the transit in the area. Self-driving buses potentially right in front of Monde? why not~...

Monde Condominiums (Great Gulf Homes) - Real Estate -

Hello, fellow Monde-monitoring friends, I believe people on this thread has purchased a Monde's unit? And we've probably all bought many years ago (back in 2011 for me). Not sure if it's appropriate to have a chat here (if not, mods please delete it, thx). Generally, how do you feel about your...
