Looks better than some of the other Plaza buildings I've seen.

Personally, I don't like small kitchens or walk-in closets nor large terraces. If I had that unit though, I'd definitely hope that the terrace has a gas line for BBQ. Don't know about the floor plan, but I might be more interested in unit 502 or 508.

If the option is there, I do consider Canadian-owned or produced product but it doesn't factor into my decision making as much as other factors such as pricing, value, or quality.

I like the Hudson palette or the one on the far left. Where were these pictures taken? Were they in a show home unit? Was it delayed? I thought final occupancy was supposed to be sometime Fall 2016.

Layout is not bad, lots of windows but that kitchen is way too small for a 2+D. Grand Piano looks nice sitting in the middle but if you don't have a piano, what would you use that space for?

I'm not on a condo board nor do I have any prior experience being on one, but that price per bulb sounds ridiculous. People call them 'retrofitting' but it's not, I believe most of the time, it's simply changing out an old incandescent or CFL bulb for an LED one.

Why would anyone want to buy an assignment at an inflated price from a flipper? Or is it that the buyer's don't know about this and it's only the Realtors that are in it for themselves?

Not sure how helpful it would be, but maybe you could request a Status Certificate which I think costs around $100. It might help you shed light on the general health of the building.

Do I dare say that this doesn't look like your typical Tridel building? I think the location is really convenient and would seriously consider a unit but the wait would be too long for me.

It's a tough budget to work with, but don't let it deter you. If you are willing to look for a place for around that price point but without a parking and locker, I'm sure that would help expand your options.
