Townhouses have not been selling well here or at yonge and eglinton in general , pretty expensive and boxy design. The condos have been doing quite well though.

I was at the sales event over the weekend . It went well. they pre sold about half the project. Tradeworld Realty is taking care of the sales. the penthouses and townhouses have not been released yet. prices are roughly about 555$ per square foot.

Building Has anyone been inside the building and walked around yet? What is it like?

Minto Investors I think there are some investors, quater of the building probably will be rented out and a bunch of units will be sold once they get title driving down the prices short-term.

Midtown I was back at the south tower today. By the end of the weekend the building should look like less of a construction site and more welcoming. Lobby and underground parking should be accessible. Security is tight with about 20+ security guards on the premise.

It will be in the north podium. Keg will be on the northern corner beside the courtyard and starbucks south of that.

Minto Update I was in the south building today. Everything looks great. I was in some of the suites. The units facing west I believe are the best. anything higher than the 15-20th floor, alot of greenspace to look at with the public park north of Eglinton west. In the east there are too many...

Y/E Centre I heard riocan is doing a large renovation of the Y/E Centre, anyone have any info on this?

I heard that the art shoppe was bought by minto anyone know the situation with that property?
