Just heard from Torbel, the new date is September 15th...

Has anyone received an update from Torbel on when people from block H will be able to move in? Torbel said it could be this friday, but after visiting the site yesterday this does not seem possible.. its still very "under construction"......

PDI went well, there are a few problems with my place; broken/cracked window, wrong shower head was installed, nail holes were showing on my kitchen cabinets.. really only small stuff.....anyone else have any issue with the PDI inspection?

nope my date was pushed back again.. from the 14th to the 28th.. apparently there was an issue with providing water to the units.. i think this has been resolved now. im unclear whether compansation will be given for this additional delay.

with 9 foot ceilings and large full size windows, the P3 ground level units are bright. but it’s really dependent on its orientation. I’ve been onsite several times and have posted a few photos of what the P3 units look like..

I got a call from Torbel today and was reassured everything is on schedule and the move in dates are not being pushed back again.... Has anyone had to schedule a pre-occupancy inspection yet??

I got my letter last night, the date has been pushed back. I am scheduled to take occupancy on August 14.... are they able to push the date again?

My final occupancy date is actually one day sooner, on June 15th, 2015, so march 17th is the cut off date. fingers crossed i dont get a letter by next wednesday.

So i just got off the phone with Torbel.. and there is going to be another occupancy delay... She wouldnt give an exact date but said letters will be mailed out soon to indicate a new date. I am in Block H, the first block off of Wallace, orginally i had a move-in date of June 16th which is one...

Finger crossed that the white doors are only "testers" but from what i remember most doors in the first block we fitted with the white doors.

I was there yesterday as well, I must have just missed you...... I saw the white front doors as well, not really thrilled with the color choice but I guess we are going to have to live it. Attached are some photos of my unit, I am in the first block off of Wallace. I will go back later this...

what unit did you purchase? I am in P3 in Block H. did anyone upgrade to the "rain" showerhead?
