I asked the same question on my last visit to the Sales Centre and was told either late 2010 or early 2011

Parking is there and open...but tricky to get to for now. I went through the workers/school board lot to the north, drove to the end, make a left, make another left then you're at resident parking. You do need a FOB to access it!

IMO, the building has some of the sweetest views of the City...here's a few shots I took from the 16th floor! - City Skyline - SouthWest lake view - to the West to the West - North - South West - Vaughan and St. Clair corner - City Scape

The builder is not allowing any assignments on either 500 or 530! They've started moving people in (interim occupancy), up to the 9th floor with PDI's going on for the others above.

Both red brick buildings will be saved and worked into the project. They'll have roughly 250 units with approx 9 units per floor. Looks similar to the Murano except balconies are a more staggered. Units are named after the 19th century cottages located to the south of St. Nicholas St...Nice...

No typo...that sales rep has been listing those units at the "35" address for a few months now. I think it was done on purpose so the builder wouldn’t see it on the MLS during the interim occupancy period. Still no carpets or wallpaper in the upper part of the tower but the views are...
