Suggestions as to who it could be? I don't think Walmart will be leaving anytime soon (I might be wrong about this, but isn't SQ1 one of their best performing locations in Canada?). Although I'm a fan of Target I, for one, would sorely miss the convenience of having a Walmart inside the mall.

What time of the day did you visit the mall? The normally packed food court is empty. Target isn't as busy as Walmart, of course, but not dead. I was there after mall closing tonight and there was a short line.
