    Those prices are about what I expected. I think there is 24 concierge and fitness room, etc...so it's comparable to renting a nice condo.

    I emailed the developer and no response. I looks like the project has hit a snag. Not sure what is happening, but very few people working at the site these days. Winter sucks, but still could they not work?

    I can't find any info on how much these units are expected to rent for. Does anyone have an idea? I believe they range in size from 465sq to 1200sq.

    Future of the Hearn Generating Station

    The problem is that the land is poisoned. You can't build on it, and only certified people are allowed to walk on it, (with exceptions for some paved public parts - but even they are not for the faint of life). Why anyone would go near that near nuclear wasteland is beyond anyone's comprehension.

    So why is North York so Expensive? And Scarborough so cheap?

    Their is a perception that Scarborough is detached from the city. If you asked someone why they wouldn't buy a house in Scarborough, many would reply with "I don't want to live way out there". The west of say, the DVP, is more familiar. It's a route to Mississauga, Kitchener, Guelph...
