Hi, I wasnt able to find any previous posts, but I am wondering what the approximate added value (in terms of $) of having a corner unit is? (apartment condo). The view is a south-west lake view, and is the top level of a podium. Is it really worth it? Thanks :cool:

has anyone else experienced this? The water pipes inside my unit can be heard even when I have my TV on (louder than my TV sometimes). The property management tells me that its normal, but I find that hard to believe given that the unit is less than 5 years old. Thanks
