What was your firm occupancy date before the strike notice? From what I understand, they are allowed to extend the firm occupancy date by maximum of 6 weeks before they are required to compensate us for living expenses.

Strike has ended. Anyone receive a letter from Scenic notifying if there are changes to the firm occupancy date?

I just got a registered mail from aspen that the new occupancy date is August 26, 2015!! I am so upset..purchase my unit on the 7th floor :(
