On the Church St side, they have now brought back this office tenant signage that was there before the demolition. The lobby entrance from Church is looking pretty bleak with these awkward “doors” for ventilation.

Exposed concrete ceilings can be nice, but the fact that they couldn't even be bothered to clean up their various markings on the ceiling shows it's just a cheapness thing on their part. Not cool.

The Dalhousie side is almost done! They’re finally opening the sidewalk there.

They’ve since added an additional detail, these panels fronting the whole thing. Unfortunately I don’t think it makes it any better.

they’ve recently installed these bracket things on top of the beams, so it looks like they will indeed be proceeding with putting glass or some other material on top of them.

Honestly I feel like food halls are a lot of hype and they often don't live up to it. The idea seems to be lets get more independent places with cool branding, jack up the prices hugely compared to a typical food court, and promote it with influencers. Don't get me wrong I've had some good...

First retail tenant! Let’s hope the burgers are good and can distract us from the building itself. And hopefully the canopy/signage situation works out well for them.
