It appears the Gooderham is having the last floor poured. I'm surprised how fast this has gone up - it felt like ages watching Clear Spirit rise, yet the 2 months I've lived here, Gooderham has sprouted day after day. I"ll try to get some more pics posted soon. :)

I look at the Webcam at least weekly - I showed it to a friend recently, and their question was "How come they completed the top-half of the tower first?". I suppose the angle of the two buildings almost lines up perfectly.

Haven't seen a post about this yet - Here's a webcam capture (from Waterfront Toronto) of Clear Spirit partially lit up last night. Will be interesting to see how it looks when complete.

I believe they have started putting up Balcony Glass this week. I haven't been in the area to see, but via Toronto Waterfront webcams, I can see a hit of it on the lower floors. If anyone is in the area, snap some photos! :)

Just a few things to confirm (as I haven't seen it in the thread yet)... The (3 story?) cap on top is purely mechanical. No residence or amenities will be in here. Also, the address for the building will be 70 Distillery Lane. It was originally going to be 390 Cherry Street.

40th It appears we've finally hit the 40th (and final) floor! Exciting to see. I was looking at the Waterfront Toronto webcam which I've selfishly used for years to keep tabs on this building.

I dont quite follow? are you talking about maintenance fee's? or selling value? if selling, too many factors come into play - the view/direction, the floor, the interior, amenities, etc. Yeah, the excitement is building on our end too.

You are right - my bad. It makes sense to me now - im a T09, yet i have an 08 unit (i'm up in the 30's). Looking forward to moving in next year! :)

Does that 808 sqft include the balcony? I believe the floor plans include the balcony's square footage. Yeah, I have a 1 bedroom unit and feel safe to say it can be rented for at least $1500/month minimum. Check around to see if Pure Spriit has any rental units up for rent, and what their...
