Great Gulf priced this project very well and IMO a little too well. They could not afford to risk launching a 3rd condo project in a row with poor sales... after Tux flopped and Monde sales were weak. This one seems like a sure winner!

Joe Mama's on that strip is one spot that contributes to the "Entertainment" District.

WOW! That Whole Foods will help hugely transform this neighbourhood. Surely it will help bring in a more affluent demo. And with the Rio-Can "high end" retail mall just down the street. Sales should do very well here.

I think Bayside sales will be stronger than Mondes as well. Afterall the water view units at Monde sold well and since Bayside appears to have to higher percentage of water view units, sales should do fine. Hopefully when Bayside launches they will disclose if any major retailers will be part...

Why is it that good lake view units always sell out (even with the higher premium)? What is it about lake views.... What is the best building downtown Toronto with great lake views?

Wow :eek: How the heck did this thing completely sell out? Was the pricing really good or something? Very surprising that 88 scott is only 60% sold out and this is completely sold out considering the locations are very similar.
