    Toronto Cinema Tower | 142.64m | 43s | Daniels | Kirkor Architects

Is there a development planned for the parking lot directly beside Cinema Tower on the west side?

    Toronto Yonge & Rich Condominiums | 156.35m | 46s | Great Gulf | a—A

Great Gulf priced this project very well and IMO a little too well. They could not afford to risk launching a 3rd condo project in a row with poor sales... after Tux flopped and Monde sales were weak. This one seems like a sure winner!

    Toronto 305-319 King West | 156.96m | 50s | Claireville Holdings Ltd | Scott Shields

Joe Mama's on that strip is one spot that contributes to the "Entertainment" District.

I used to hate this podium. But I do actually really like hoe it is looking with everything being more completed. Should look really interesting at night when those dark window things are glowing. Lucky residents will have Champs Food Supplies as ground floor retail :eek:

    Toronto Ripley's Aquarium of Canada | 13.11m | 2s | Ripley Entertainment | B+H

This is being completed fairly quickly.

    Toronto Minto Westside | 68.88m | 20s | Minto Group | Wallman Architects

WOW! That Whole Foods will help hugely transform this neighbourhood. Surely it will help bring in a more affluent demo. And with the Rio-Can "high end" retail mall just down the street. Sales should do very well here.

    Toronto Aqualina at Bayside | 47.85m | 13s | Tridel | Arquitectonica

I think Bayside sales will be stronger than Mondes as well. Afterall the water view units at Monde sold well and since Bayside appears to have to higher percentage of water view units, sales should do fine. Hopefully when Bayside launches they will disclose if any major retailers will be part...

Eau du Soleil condos (Empire Communities) - Real Estate -

Why is it that good lake view units always sell out (even with the higher premium)? What is it about lake views.... What is the best building downtown Toronto with great lake views?

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

When is Redpath getting the heck out of this beautiful neighbourhood?

Infinity Condos (Conservatory Group) - Real Estate -

Is the conservatory group a good and reliable builder that has a good end product? Where do they ranked in the city? Honest feedback would be appreciated.

INDX Condos (Lifetime Developments & CentreCourt Developments) - Real Estate -

What will be demand like in this building when complete? Any speculators?

INDX Condos (Lifetime Developments & CentreCourt Developments) - Real Estate -

But really how many single business people bought into this building? Probably very few, if any. The power of marketing.

INDX Condos (Lifetime Developments & CentreCourt Developments) - Real Estate -

Wow  How the heck did this thing completely sell out? Was the pricing really good or something? Very surprising that 88 scott is only 60% sold out and this is completely sold out considering the locations are very similar.
