Updates Anyone has any new updates on Verdale G, H, I yet? how are the exterior and interior works coming along? Anyone been notified of an earlier occupancy date than the last confirmed date? Has everyone been to their selection appointment? Any tips or approximate cost?

I haven't been yet, but now that they have sent out invitation letters I am sure they have all the prices and selections ready.....afterall, they will want tol try to sell the upgrade options to purchaser.....

It's just to visit the design centre to see what offerings there are with colour/cabinet/flooring/upgrades selection, so you get an idea of what you like or want already. Then at the actual appointment, that's when you have to make the decision to finalize your pick, but I don't think they will...

ummm.....maybe u are right, the other condos u named probably did start selling before Verdale, but I don't think it would have been 1.5 year earlier, right? I know EKO and Circa phase I started first, but the Times Group started later, and units are occupied already.......but as per Remington...

u should voice ur concern to Remington or to City of Markham.....and really there are other condos around the premises that started selling and building around the same time, but people are already moved in....:(
