    Liberty Dev have updated their website and created a page for the retailers http://www.libertydevelopment.ca/metroplaceshops/index.html. There is a Retail Space PDF at the bottom of the page that showing retail space (8 available) for M4.

    I'll be in M3. Thanks for those who shared their experience at the design studio, this is very helpful for me. coldstudios, it's even a bigger torture for me, (M3... 2011/2012?).. currently it's still a construction hole and probably (if we're lucky) then we'll see the tower crane starting...

    Here is my 2cents, noise shouldn't be an issue as the road limit of that section of Hwy 7 is between 70-80km and also there are traffic lights in between. But one thing you may want to check is the rush hour traffic (especially Hwy 7 between Leslie all the way to Warden). Hope this help :)

    Took these pictures on July 23 and it seems that they've started construction for portion of phase 3 underground parking too. Phase 1 and underground parking: Phase 2 and underground parking: Phase 3's underground parking?
