You're not guaranteed an unobstructed view for either, as time goes on and more condos are built along the shoreline your view may get blocked.

Yeah I asked about that. At first they gave me the "waiting for the crane permit" excuse, apparently because they increased the building by two levels they require two new permits. I was then told they were trying to sell more units before starting construction. She also mentioned that...

lol...I actually had them tell me they were sold out twice but both times one became available. I don't think the project is desperate. I'm really looking forward to seeing this up.

Earliest April 2012 and latest December 2014.
